Homer Beene

Homer was born on March 24th, 1909 in TX. Homer's father was James Henderson Beene and his mother was Sally Thomas Ivey. His maternal grandparents were William Thomas Ivey and Sarah Ellen Davis (Ivey). He had five brothers and two sisters, named Barney, Jasper, Willie, James, Floyd, Pearle and Connie. He was the second youngest of the eight children. He died at the age of 62 on January 1st, 1972 in DeWitt Co TX.
