Oscar was born on March 17th, 1868 in TX.  Oscar's father was Michael Fox and his mother was Mary Chambliss (Fox).  His paternal grandparents were Francis Fox and Wife Unknown (Fox). He had eight brothers and two sisters, named John, William, Mac, James, Fred, Louis, Daniel, Robert, Martha and Mary.  He was the third oldest of the eleven children.  He died at the age of 49 in 1917 in TX.
