Andrew was born on January 15th, 1877 in Live Oak, TX.  Andrew's father was Bernard Brian Gallagher and his mother was Margaret B McGinnis.  His maternal grandparents were James McGinnis and Margaret Peggy Fox (McGinnis). He had three brothers and eight sisters, named John, Bernard, Charles, Mary, Katherine, Margaret, Adeline, Alice, Amelia, Elizabeth and Frances.  He was the youngest of the twelve children.  He died at the age of 45 on January 13th, 1923 in Live Oak, TX.
