Peter was born on October 2nd, 1888 in TX.  Peter's father was James Francis Goodwin and his mother was Mary (Molly) Ann Lewis.  His maternal grandparents were Siemon (Bill) Wise Lewis and Margaret Ellen Dolan (Lewis). He had six brothers and four sisters, named Dave, Jim, Henry, Eugene, Francis, Simeon, Elizabeth, Maggie, Angie and Maymie.  He was the fifth oldest of the eleven children.  He died at the age of 30 on January 5th, 1919 in TX.  He was buried in Gussettville, Live Oak Co Texas.
